Dr. Gradoville wants you to understand all aspects of your treatment, including the financing. Once you have completed your examination with Dr. Gradoville, you will participate in a treatment conference.
During the treatment conference in Council Bluffs, Dr. Gradoville will help you understand your situation and what options you can choose. Our Financial Coordinator, will discuss the cost of your treatment plan with you and work to develop a financial plan that works for your budget.
It’s important to Dr. Gradoville that you are comfortable and informed. We will always discuss the cost of the treatment before beginning any procedure. Financial options include prepayment discounts and we can set up monthly payments that are interest free. They automatically run monthly payments from your credit or debit card.

INSURANCE AND YOUR CARE
We will file your claim electronically with your insurance provider on the day of your visit. We will make every attempt to help you obtain your maximum reimbursement from your benefits plan. The payments from your insurance company are sent directly to you.
